Return and Exchange Policy

Returning or exchanging a product is a right for all our customers, including all products offered in our store.

- All products offered in our store are subject to the exchange and return policy, according to the terms and conditions set forth on this page.

- Returns or exchanges are possible if the product is in its original condition when purchased and packaged in its original packaging.

- Returns are allowed within three (3) days and exchanges are allowed within seven (7) days from the date of purchase.

- Please contact us via the Contact Us page or via our phone numbers to request a return or exchange.

- Please take a photo and send the product, specifying the city, address, and order number, so that it can be exchanged for another product if the product is damaged, has a specific defect, or has not been used in accordance with the agreement.

- The customer will receive a full refund if the product they received is completely different from the product offered on our website.

- We are not responsible for customer expectations regarding the use of products that we did not mention on the product page on our website.

- 30% discount if the customer does not want the product and the latter does not have any defect or problem mentioned.
